About us
A transport service built around one category of work
We carry cryogenically preserved reproductive and cellular material, and nothing else. That focus shapes how a route is assessed, what we agree to and how plainly we describe our limits.

Positioning
Who we are

CRYO MEDICAL GLOBAL SERVICES LIMITED is a specialist medical courier for cryogenically preserved reproductive and cellular material. We are not a general courier that also carries clinical shipments - the whole service is built around a single category of work.
The material we carry is irreplaceable. It usually represents years of treatment, and in many cases there is no possibility of producing it again. That fact sets the standard for everything else - how a route is assessed, what we will and will not agree to and how plainly we describe what we can do.
Legal entity
The company and the name on this website
The registered company and the public-facing name are the same: CRYO MEDICAL GLOBAL SERVICES LIMITED. There is no separate trading brand. Correspondence, quotations, custody records and this website all use the same name, so a clinic checking who it is dealing with finds one entity rather than two.

Our mission
To move reproductive and cellular material between clinics with a documented custody chain, honest assessment of what each route involves, and the same standard of care whether the journey is across a city or across a continent.

Operating principles
How we decide what to take on
These are the rules we apply before a case is accepted. They are the reason we decline routes that a general courier would take.
- 01
Assess before committing
Every route is assessed before a quotation is issued. If a movement cannot proceed, we say so at that point rather than allowing a case to progress and fail later.
- 02
One custody chain, no gaps
Responsibility for a shipment passes only between identified people, and each transfer is recorded at the time it happens. A shipment is never handed to a party outside the agreed chain.
- 03
Laboratory schedules lead
Collection and delivery windows are proposed to fit laboratory availability and confirmed by both ends. A window a laboratory cannot staff is not a plan.
- 04
Everything in writing
Requirements, agreed windows, changes and outcomes are confirmed in writing to every party. Nobody involved should have to rely on a remembered phone call.
- 05
We do not give clinical advice
We coordinate transport. All decisions regarding treatment, suitability, and the condition of material rest solely with the clinics and laboratories involved, and we do not comment on those matters.
- 06
Clear about our limits
Where a claim cannot be evidenced, we do not make it. Where a route is outside what we can support properly, we decline it and explain why.
Values
We Care • We Commit • We Deliver
The motto is three commitments rather than a slogan. Here is what each one means in practice.

- We care
- Behind every case is a person waiting for an outcome. We keep patients informed without asking them to coordinate between clinics, and we answer questions in language that does not require a clinical background.
- We commit
- We take on a case only when we can complete it properly. Once accepted, the plan is documented, agreed by both clinics, and held under review until the shipment has been signed for.
- We deliver
- Delivery means the shipment reaching the receiving laboratory, checked against the documentation and signed for by a named individual, with a complete record issued afterwards.
- Precision over speed
- The fastest routing is not always the right one. We plan for the fewest practical transfers and enough allowance for the journey, even where a tighter option exists on paper.
- Respect for the material
- Identifiers are reconciled at release and at receipt, packaging is kept as the laboratory supplied it, and nothing is opened or repacked outside a laboratory.
- Accountability
- Each stage has a named responsible party. If something goes wrong, the record shows where, and we tell the clinics involved rather than waiting to be asked.
Our approach
Patients and clinics need different things

Working with patients
If you are a patient, you are usually being asked to arrange something you have never arranged before, often between two organisations that do not talk to each other directly. We take that coordination on.
We will tell you which clinic is responsible for each step, what we need from you, and what we are waiting for at any point. We will not ask you to pass messages between laboratories, and we will not ask you to send us medical records.

Working with clinics and laboratories
If you are a clinic or laboratory, our aim is to add nothing to your administrative load. We establish requirements at both ends, produce the documentation checklist, and chase the outstanding items ourselves.
Collection and delivery windows are proposed to fit around your laboratory, courier identification is shared before arrival, and the completed custody record is issued in a form you can file against the case.
Where we operate from
United Kingdom base - international coordination

The company is registered in the United Kingdom, with its head office in London. UK routes are the ones we are set up for first, and they remain the core of the service.
International coordination is offered on a route-by-route basis. We assess the export position at the origin, the import position at the destination, and the practical routing between them, before proposing anything.
We also work from offices in Abuja and Lagos. Both addresses are confirmed and are listed below.
Offices in South Africa and the United States are being established. They are listed below so that the coverage is visible, but their addresses have not been settled and none is published until they are.

Talk to us about a route
Tell us the two clinics and the material, and we will tell you honestly whether it is something we can support.
A quotation is provided following case assessment. Requirements vary by origin, destination and the organisations involved, and some routes cannot be supported.
