By material
The four categories of material we carry. Each is assessed separately, because the requirements attached to them differ by material type as well as by route.
- Embryo transportMovement of cryopreserved embryos between licensed clinics and storage facilities, planned around the laboratory schedules at both ends.
- Sperm sample transportFrozen samples for treatment, storage, transfer or donor programmes, released by the sending laboratory against written authorisation.
- Oocyte transportTransfers of cryopreserved eggs supporting treatment cycles, fertility preservation programmes and cross-border care.
- Stem cell and cellular material transportMovement of cryopreserved cellular material between laboratories and programmes, subject to review of the destination requirements.

How the transport is run
The operational methods that sit underneath a case, whichever material is being moved.
- On-board courier and hand-carryA named courier travels with the shipment for the whole journey, so responsibility never leaves an identified individual.
- Urgent and priority transportAccelerated assessment and scheduling for time-critical cases, where the route and documentation position allow it.
- Chain-of-custody managementThe record that runs underneath every transport we handle: who held the shipment, when responsibility passed, and who signed for it.

Coordination and documentation
The administrative work that determines whether a transfer happens on time Or not at all.
- Clinic-to-clinic transfersEnd-to-end management of a transfer between two clinics, including the administrative sequence that has to be completed before a date can be agreed.
- International transport coordinationRoute-by-route assessment of cross-border movements, covering the requirements at both ends before any date is proposed.
- Customs and documentation supportHelp identifying, assembling and checking the paperwork a route requires, so that gaps are found before the shipment moves rather than at a border.
