Urgent and priority transport
Accelerated assessment and scheduling for time-critical cases, where the route and documentation position allow it.

Some cases cannot wait for a standard assessment period. Where that is so, we compress our own steps, so that assessment, documentation review and courier assignment run in parallel rather than in sequence.
What we cannot compress is the part that belongs to other organisations. A clinic still has to release the material and a destination still has its own requirements. We will tell you honestly, at the point of enquiry, whether the timescale you need is achievable.

Who it is for
- Clinics with a treatment date that has moved
- Patients facing a storage deadline
- Facilities that need to relocate material at short notice
- Cases where an existing arrangement has fallen through
What is transported
- Any of the materials we handle, where the shortened sequence can still be completed properly
How it runs
Coordination - and what happens at each point
How coordination works
Assessment, documentation review and courier assignment run in parallel.
Both clinics are asked to confirm availability immediately rather than in the usual order.
If the timescale cannot be met, we say so at the enquiry stage.
Before collection
- Confirm within the shortest practical period whether the case can proceed
- Identify the minimum documentation set and who must provide it
- Confirm laboratory availability at both ends
- Assign a courier and confirm the routing
During transport
- The same custody sequence applies, because urgency does not reduce the record
- Both clinics are kept informed at each stage
At handover
- Receipt is checked and signed as it would be for any other case
- The custody record is issued once the case closes
What we need from you
Information required to assess this route
Enough to judge whether the movement can proceed, and no more. Please do not send medical records.
- The deadline and what is driving it
- Both clinics' details and immediate contacts
- Confirmation that both clinics can act within the timescale
Limitations
Where this service stops
Stated up front, because finding out later is worse for everybody.
- Priority handling shortens our steps, not those of clinics, carriers or authorities.
- Availability depends on courier and route capacity at the time of the enquiry.
- We do not operate a published out-of-hours emergency line.

Send us the two clinics, the material and your preferred timing. We will assess the route and confirm what it involves.
A quotation is provided following case assessment. Requirements vary by origin, destination and the organisations involved, and some routes cannot be supported.
