There is no single set of rules for moving reproductive material across a border. The requirements depend on the origin country, the destination country, the two organisations involved and, sometimes, the material itself.
We therefore assess each route on its own terms. That assessment happens before a quotation, not after it, so that the price you receive reflects what the route actually involves.

How coordination works
We establish what the origin country requires for export and what the destination requires for import.
We confirm with both clinics that they have completed their side of those requirements.
We plan routing around the practical constraints of the journey, including connection times and working hours at both ends.
Before collection
- Assess the route and confirm whether it can proceed
- Identify the documentation required at both ends
- Confirm the receiving clinic's import position in writing
- Agree the routing and the collection and delivery windows
During transport
- A named courier accompanies the shipment across each leg
- Border formalities are attended by the courier with the case documentation
- Both clinics are updated at collection, at any material change and before arrival
At handover
- The receiving clinic checks the shipment against the import documentation
- Receipt is signed and the custody record completed
- Copies of the completed documentation are issued to both clinics

Limitations
Where this service stops
Stated up front, because finding out later is worse for everybody.
- Some countries restrict or prohibit the movement of reproductive material. Where that applies, the route will not proceed.
- Border processing times are outside our control and are not included in any timescale we give.
- Requirements can change. An assessment reflects the position at the time it was made.
